How To Resolve The Error Message : Memory File Is Invalid
Why Cannot I Access My Company Database?

Solution #

The Memo File In The Database Has Been Corrupted.  You Will Need To Regenerate A New Set Of Files To Log In Again.

Please Close The UBS Software Application And Follow The Steps Below:

1. Select the Company’s Accounting Directory In C:\Local Disk.
2. Go To The UBS Program Directory In C\ drive: Choose C:\UBSACC2015\, Select The Company Database Folder.  Example: C:\UBSACC2015\data\, Or, C:\UBSACC2015\xyz\ For XYZ Company Database Folder And So Forth.  
3. Delete The currency.mem, account.mem & ubs.mem Files In The Database Directory.
4. After Deletion, Log In UBS Accounting.

Notes: All Housekeeping Settings Will Reset To Default. Please Maintain Your Company Information, Settings, And Financial Year.
