How to set Approval Maintenance Setup
1. Go to Freely Document Approval » Approval Maintenance.

2. Make sure the documents is ticked in the “Is Active” column.

3. Click at that document and click “Edit” button.

4. Click at the + button.

5. Click at the + button again.

6. Add the users and you can change the credit limit and condition from here.

7. After setting, click “Save” button.

8. When it shows “Save Successful”, your setting has been saved successfully.

Module of Approval Maintenance #
The Approval Plugin offers several modules that users can utilize depending on their preferences. Each of these modules has its own unique benefits and uses, depending on the complexity and requirements of your approval process.
There are 3 types of modules that can be set in approval maintenance:
a. Basic Approval (Single Level, Single User
This means that you can only set up one level and one user in this module. It’s a simple and straightforward setup, ideal for tasks that require approval from just one person.

b. Basic Multi Approval (Single Level, Multi-User with Credit Limit)
Can set up one level but multiple users. This is useful when you need approval from several people at the same level.

c. Advance Multi Approval (Multi-Level, Multi-User with Credit Limit)
This is beneficial when your approval process requires input from various individuals at different stages or levels.

Section in Approval Maintenance #
What is “From Credit”

This section is used to set the minimum credit requirement for users who can approve or reject documents.
What is “To Credit”

This section is used to set the maximum credit requirement for users who can approve or reject documents.
What is Condition?
Condition is an approve type. There are two approve types can be selected in “Condition” column which is “Necessary” and “Optional”.

Necessary
Necessary: means document need more than one user to approve.
Optional
Optional: means document only need one user to approve.
