When Trying To Open UBS

Not Eligible To Use This Version Error
Solution #
To resolve this issue for Access UBS: #
- Open Windows Control Panel, Program and Features, Uninstall a program
- Uninstall Access UBS.
- Go to C:\ProgramData\Sage
- OR Go To Windows, Run, Key In C:\ProgramData\Sage
- Delete The NEST.phx File
- Install Access UBS
- Launch The UBS Application Again And Activate Your License Again.
To resolve this issue for Access UBS Payroll: #
- Go To C:\ProgramData\Sage
- OR Go To Windows, Run, Key In C:\ProgramData\Sage
- Delete The NEST.phx File
- Then Go To Services, Access UBS License Services And right click to choose to restart
- Launch The UBS Application Again And Activate Your License Again.
Notes:
- Ensure That Firewall Defender And Antivirus Are Off.
- If You Are In Main Environment, Ensure That All Client PC Have Close The UBS Application.
