Step 1 : Click Report > Income Tax , Select PCB Contribution List , Select June Then Click Print For Checking June PCB Contribution List.
On The Left Hand Side Is Million Payroll Result , On The Right Hand Site Is LHDN Result.
On This Result Million June PCB Contribution List Are Incorrect
Step 2 : Click Transaction > Payroll , Select Payroll List Then Click Edit.
We Can’t Processed Pay For June Month End Payroll
Step 3 : Click System > General Setup , Select June Then Click OK.
Step 4 : Click Transaction > Payroll . Select Payroll List Then Click Edit.
Step 5 : Tick The Employee Then Click Process Pay , Click OK To Start Process The Payroll , Click Ok Process Complete
Step 6 : Click Report > Income Tax , Select PCB Contribution List Then Click Print
On The Left Hand Side Is Million Payroll Result , On The Right Hand Site Is LHDN Result.
On This Result Million June PCB Contribution List Are Correct
Step 7 : Click System > General Setup , Select July Then Click OK
Reprocess Pay PCB Contribution Are Successfully
