Install and Set Up Phone Number #
Step 1: Go to WhatsApp.
Step 2: Click the “Settings” icon at the right-top.
Step 3: Key in the Display Name and your Mobile No. Then, click Save.
Create the WhatsApp Order Form #
Step 1: Click on + Add Order Form button to create a WhatsApp order form.
Step 2: Fill up your Form Title.
Step 3: Click on the + Select Products button.
Step 4: Search and ‘tick‘ the product you wish to add into the WhatsApp Order Form., Then, click on the Add Product button.
Step 5: Click the Save button.
Share Link to Customer #
Step 1: Click on the WhatsApp icon.
Step 2: Send out the WhatsApp Form link to your customer.
Place Order (From Customer Perspective) #
Step 1: Your customer can add on the product quantity and press the checkout button by clicking the WhatsApp Form link.
Step 2: The customer may Checkout from the Shopping Cart.
Step 3: Then, the customer will need to fill up the Shipping Details and Place Order.
Step 4: If there is any queries, customers can reach you by clicking on the Send Message button.
Step 5: The customer will able to reach you based on the phone number that you have set in Order Form Settings.
