Error Message #
Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints.
Note: This error message normally appears when syncing a new product from Sitegiant to Autocount.
Solution #
Step 1: Check the “New Item Code” assigned to the new product.
Step 2: Make sure the length of the “New Item Code” is not more than 30 characters.
Step 3: Sync the products again. If success, the products’ data in “New Item Code” and “New UOM” will be transferred to “Item Code” and “UOM” respectively.
