Lazada Account Statements

Statement Overview #

Use your account statement to view your weekly payouts based on orders which were delivered the previous week

1. Open: Current Statement period’s payout amount.
2. Payout in Progress: Payout being processed by Lazada.
3. Recent Paid: Recent payout released to your payee account
4. Payee Account: Payee Account Information. Click Manage Accounts to change payee account information.

Statement Report & Download Features #

Search the list of reports you want to view by:

1. Payout Status: Current Statement period’s payout amount.
2. Statement Period: Payout being processed by Lazada.
3. Transaction Details can be downloaded in CSV format.

Statement Details #

Statement Detail displays Payout Overview and Payout Amount for the Statement Number that you have clicked.

1. Download the Transaction Detail in CSV format.
2. Statement Number
3. Payout Amount on the statement detail for the period.
4. List of Fees in an order number
5. Payout Amount for an Order Number
