Lazada Malaysia Return and Refund Process #
Step 1: First, login to your Lazada. Click on “Customer Care” and select “Help Center“.
Step 2: Scroll to bottom find for “Still Need Help” section and click on the “Chat Now”
Step 3: The chat box will popup and select the “Returns and refund” selection.
Step 4: Click on the “Click to select item” to select your order for return or refund.
Step 5: Select your order to return or refund, then write your description or reason in the message box.
