Error : ‘Memory File Invalid’
- Unable to access my company database?
- The dotted line is missing in certain sections of the Trading and Profit & Loss Account report during the pre-preview stage.
- This occurs in the report dialog where options like Print, Preview, Excel, or Convert are available.
Solution #
The Memo File In The Database Has Been Corrupted. You Will Need To Regenerate A New Set Of Files To Log In Again.
Please Close The UBS Software Application And Follow The Steps Below:
- Select the Company’s Accounting Directory In C:\Local Disk.
- Go To The UBS Program Directory In C\ drive: Choose C:\UBSACC2015\, Select The Company Database Folder. Example: C:\UBSACC2015\data\, Or, C:\UBSACC2015\xyz\ For XYZ Company Database Folder And So Forth.
- Delete The currency.mem, account.mem & ubs.mem Files In The Database Directory.
- After Deletion, Log In UBS Accounting.
Notes: All Housekeeping Settings Will Reset To Default. Please Maintain Your Company Information, Settings, And Financial Year.
