When submit E-Invoice, the submission failed with error ‘NRIC/ARMY mismatch or not exist in HITS’

Possible Reason:
The NRIC/ARMY number provided by the debtor is incorrect.
Solution:
1) Log in to the MyInvoice Portal and click on the search icon.

2) Search for the detail of this NRIC here. If no record is found in LHDN, the user will need to request the correct NRIC from the customer.

If really cannot get the NRIC, means that the buyer had not register themselves in MyTaxPortal. Either the buyer registers themselves or you can only submit this invoice as consolidated e-Invoice.
