How to Customize the Checkout Process #
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Select Checkout.
Step 3: Then, you may set the option for the customer to login before checkout or checkout without a customer account.
Step 4: You may also set the option for the customer to checkout in 3-step Checkout method or 1-page Checkout.
Step 5: Besides that, you may choose to enable Abandoned Cart Activation. If the customer does not complete the checkout process and leave the page, then you can get a record of the order that the customer added to the cart.
You can also enable Abandoned Cart Reminder and choose to send a reminder email to remind your customer complete the purchase process.
Step 6: Click Save to keep all the changes.
